Oversee global mobility and travel operations: visas, deputations, travel policy compliance and budget control.
Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding).
Champion employee experience: office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys and rapid-response action plans.
Own culture-building strategy and execution—design targeted initiatives, workshops and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce attrition.
Embed Steep Graph's 5-DNA through team-led workshops, leadership forums and signature events (Annual Day, Fun Fridays).
Design and approve total-rewards framework: salary cycles, incentives, spot awards and ESOP communications.
Prioritize and review Learning & Development: Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with TA on social media, Glassdoor and campus outreach.
Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance: sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, complex escalations, HRIS data integrity and HR-tech optimizations.
Post Graduation / Master's in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
Around 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems such as Success Factors or Workday (preferred).
