Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment for our jewellery retail business. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring the right talent to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for retail and support roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage onboarding and employee documentation
  • Post jobs on portals and social media
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
  • 1–2 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience (retail hiring preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
