Loan Operations Specialist

This is an opportunity to join our team as a Loan Operations Specialist, where you will be responsible for the thorough understanding and management of loan products throughout their lifecycle.

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with a sound understanding of loan products, policies, and processes, as well as experience in reviewing legal documents such as credit agreements and pricing letters. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience of servicing loans, including processing outstanding loans and fee accruals, generating cash flows, and ensuring daily targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lifecycle Management: Thorough understanding and management of loan products from origination to post-closure servicing.
  • Legal Documentation Review: Experience in reviewing legal documents such as credit agreements and pricing letters.
  • Loan Servicing: Hands-on experience of servicing loans, including processing outstanding loans, fee accruals, generating cash flows, and ensuring daily targets are met.
  • Collaboration and Liaison: Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure daily targets are met.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in loan operations or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in loan management systems.
