Job Title: Virtual Legal Advisor

This is a highly specialized role that requires exceptional legal expertise and business acumen. The Virtual Legal Advisor will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on contract drafting, negotiation, and management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction and Briefing: Engage with clients to gather detailed briefs for drafting contracts and agreements, and provide expert advice on legal provisions, risks, and best practices.
  • Drafting Supervision: Direct and guide junior associates in drafting various types of contracts and agreements based on client briefs, and provide clear instructions and frameworks to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Quality Control: Review and QC contracts drafted by junior associates for compliance, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements, and identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.
  • Training and Development: Train junior associates on effective drafting techniques, legal language, and industry best practices, and conduct regular workshops or mentoring sessions to improve team efficiency.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine internal workflows for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts to improve turnaround time, and ensure adherence to the organization's standards and guidelines.
  • Legal Research: Conduct research on legal updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide added value to clients.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with the legal team and management to streamline processes and resolve complex client requirements, and provide regular updates on client projects and team performance.
