Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to fill the role of Corporate Counsel. As a key member of our Legal Department, you will play a vital part in providing expert legal and compliance solutions to support business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced compliance counsel who can navigate complex regulations and provide strategic guidance on risk management and mitigation.

  • Monitor and address risk and compliance issues, developing effective mitigation/remediation strategies.
  • Advise on reviewing and drafting policies, SOPs, and guidelines related to regulatory compliance.
  • Provide expertise on data protection and privacy legislations, including incident management and record retention.
  • Cyber security compliance and risk management, including disclosure requirements to regulators and external vendor interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws in various regions, including policy document reviews and reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of applicable regulations, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively manage audits and communicate with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

LLB/LLM degree and relevant experience as compliance counsel, preferably in multinational corporations.
