Job Overview: This role entails leading campus placements for freshers, utilizing industry connections and a deep understanding of recruitment processes, particularly in high-growth sectors such as Data Science, Analytics, and Software Development.

Key Responsibilities:


• Corporate Engagement: Visit companies in respective regions to identify opportunities for freshers across campuses and online bootcamp programs


• Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with hiring teams at corporates


• Industry Networking: Leverage existing recruiter relationships and networks to establish new hiring partnerships


• Employer Outreach: Conduct consultative discussions with recruiters to understand their hiring needs and position our learner pool effectively


• Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process lifecycle—job description sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts

Ideal Candidate Profile:


• Education: A degree from a reputable institution (BE./ BTech or MBA)


• Experience: 3-4 years as a TPO or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college/B-school


• Domain Expertise: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is highly valued


• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students equally effectively


• Process Orientation: Strong grasp of campus hiring workflows and placement operations
• Result Orientation: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes
