Expertise Lead for PLM IT Delivery

We are looking for a seasoned business leader to spearhead our PLM IT delivery practice. This role demands extensive expertise in domain-specific solutions, robust leadership skills, exceptional customer relationship management, and sound strategic acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Practice Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic vision for the PLM practice aligned with corporate objectives, build and scale practice capabilities, establish technical and delivery excellence, and enhance the PLM practice by expanding offerings and capabilities.
  • Business Growth & Customer Success: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define and implement go-to-market strategies, support pre-sales activities, drive account growth and expansion opportunities, and foster strong C-level relationships with key customers.
  • Delivery Oversight: Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of all projects within the practice, implement robust governance frameworks, conduct regular reviews, and manage escalations effectively.
  • Capability Building: Identify future skill requirements, proactively develop internal competencies through training, mentoring, and hiring, collaborate with HR to attract, retain, and develop top PLM talent, and build a scalable organization supported by robust internal processes and IT systems.
  • Solution Innovation & Thought Leadership: Drive the creation of reusable intellectual property, contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events, and stay ahead of emerging market trends, tools, technologies, and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in IT services with at least 5 years in Project/Practice Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling practices or Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Optional: Strong background in one or more PLM platforms.
  • Deep delivery and people management experience across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and demonstrated executive presence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
