Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading consultants across service lines: GST, IGST, exports, subsidy management, MCA compliance, and corporate consulting.
  • Providing expert advisory to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.
  • Overseeing daily operations, guiding interns and executives to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Designing and implementing efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Managing client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a consultancy firm, chartered accountant office, or export/compliance industry.
  • Knowledge areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consultancy.
  • Proven track record of consultancy delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.
