International Trade Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of International Trade Commissioner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new markets, establishing and maintaining overseas customer relationships, and expanding the market share of our products.
- Develop new markets and establish relationships with existing ones to expand our product presence globally.
- Negotiate and sign sales contracts that align with company interests and ensure timely delivery and meet customer requirements.
- Maintain existing customer relationships through regular communication, understand their needs, provide solutions, handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with international trade contract terms and effectively manage contracts and orders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or Life Sciences; possess professional knowledge to support international market development and customer service.
- Culture adaptability, effective cross-cultural communication, negotiation, time management, and organizational skills.
