Job Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives.

The successful candidate will lead multiple concurrent projects, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and foster high-performance team dynamics to achieve rapid quality releases.

They will also collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to transform business needs into clear actionable plans and delivery schedules.

Additionally, they will track and communicate project health with metrics like velocity burn-down throughput and deadlines to both internal leadership and external clients.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field 5-10 years' experience managing software product delivery ideally in SaaS or SportsTech sectors Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is preferred Deep expertise in Agile and hybrid methodologies with experience leading distributed and offshore teams Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholder priorities Excellent communication skills able to engage and influence technical and non-technical audiences alike Strong passion for sports particularly cricket is highly valuedKey Responsibilities:
