Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Atlassian Expert to join our team. As an Atlassian Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technical expertise and communication skills.

Your primary responsibility will be to administer and support our Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence. This involves working closely with the Technical Management team to develop and implement solutions using Atlassian products.

You will help deliver service improvements by working smarter and providing better tools and practices. Your goal is to improve alignment of Technology solutions with Operational areas to focus on practical delivery of solutions architecture.

You will act as Subject Matter Expert for Atlassian Jira and Confluence and related Add-ons. You will provide ownership and regular updates of issues and support users with best practice advice.

You will evaluate, diagnose, research, analyze and provide solutions to simple and medium-complexity problems encountered. Proactively planning to assess new upcoming features on cloud and communicating to users wherever applicable.

Additionally, you will adhere to Security Policy surrounding platform standards and provides engineering solutions as directed. You will own and manage user access permissions per security guidelines.

Effective communication across the department and geographically dispersed teams is essential.
