Job Title: Key Client Advocate

As a Key Client Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening relationships with our clients. This entails understanding their unique financial goals and aspirations, providing bespoke solutions to meet their needs, and consistently delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the BFSI industry, preferably within Mutual Funds. They will also have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and tailored service delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective sales strategies and market research.
  • Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date on industry trends to provide informed investment advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in relationship management within the BFSI industry, preferably in Mutual Funds.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide informed investment advice.
