Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Advocate - Tax Law located in Chennai. The Junior Advocate will be responsible for assisting in tax law research, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice to clients, representing clients in tax-related matters, and staying updated with tax laws and regulations. The role involves working closely with senior advocates and the legal team to ensure compliance and provide the best representation for clients.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Tax Law and Legal Research
  • Proficiency in Drafting Legal Documents and Legal Writing
  • Excellent Communication and Client Service skills
  • Ability to stay updated with Tax Laws and Regulatory Changes
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Admitted to the bar and authorized to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Previous experience in tax law is a plus
