We're seeking a skilled Care Advocate to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with international clients, providing exceptional customer service and issue resolution. As a Care Advocate, you'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Skills You'll Need- Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication, including fluency in English language.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze issues, provide accurate information, and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Process adherence: Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.
- Cultural competence: Empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with diverse customers across international time zones.
- Documentation: Proficient in recording and maintaining customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken in CRM systems.
- Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
