Job Title: Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing version control systems, software licenses, and automation tools.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with global tools and methodologies, and contribute directly to process improvement and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage license compliance and management across multiple departments.
  • Support the ordering and renewal process for various software licenses.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand new licensing needs and provide solutions.
  • Optional: Support and improve Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Explore and implement automation using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge with TypeScript or Java for automation.
  • Provide administrative support for alternative version control systems like SVN as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in version control systems, software licenses, and automation tools.
  • Proficient in GitHub administration or additional relevant experience in Bitbucket, GitLab, or SVN.
  • Skilled in managing software licenses across multiple departments, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions; basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot repository, access, and integration issues.
  • Effective communicator, able to understand cross-functional needs and implement scalable solutions.
  • Detail-focused with the ability to establish, document, and optimize repository and license management workflows.
