Job Role:
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective communication, issue resolution, and seamless booking management. This role involves managing multiple Airbnb listings, responding to booking requests, coordinating with housekeeping staff, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining operational excellence in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to guest inquiries, booking requests, and reservation modifications promptly and professionally. Maintain open communication with guests before, during, and after their stay, ensuring any concerns or issues are addressed. Provide timely and accurate information to guests regarding property details, amenities, check-in/check-out procedures, and local recommendations. Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of guest reported issues (e.g., cleanliness, amenities, technical issues).
