Key Responsibilities

Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Guest Relations Skills: Deliver tailored support to meet individual guest needs.
  • Proven Sales Experience: Upsell and cross-sell services to enhance guest experiences.
  • Front Desk Expertise: Manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders.

Incentive: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred but not required.
