We take pride in infusing every interaction with our signature service that guests and team members have come to expect. As a Senior Specialist in Guest Services, you will be part of this effort.

Senior Specialist Role:

You will engage guests via the Guest Services platform to deepen relationships and drive loyalty and sales. You will also be empowered to make decisions and resolve guest concerns in a courteous and helpful manner. Your interactions with teams across Target will help effectively resolve guest issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent guest service skills, a strong work ethic, and integrity.
  • Learn new technology and solve problems using available resources and knowledge.
  • Interact with teams across Target to resolve guest issues.
  • Identify, evaluate, and communicate guest trends to leadership.
  • Maintain department performance standards and goals related to performance and quality service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University.
  • 6 months to 1 year of previous customer service experience, preferably in Chat/E-mail environment.
  • Ability to interact with guests, team members, and internal business partners with a professional, friendly, and empathetic style.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening and negotiating.
  • Experience dealing with escalated guest complaints.
  • Ability to use various information sources to answer questions, identify problems, and appropriately resolve guest issues.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
