Job Title: Senior Key Account Executive

We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Key Account Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in client relationships, possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as a key point of contact for brand clients, ensuring proactive communication, and supporting the execution of new product development projects.

About the Role:

  • Supporting project timelines, updating clients and management, and addressing potential risks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA, supply chain, and packaging vendors
  • Ensuring proper documentation and follow-up for client approvals, timelines, and feedback
  • Helping resolve operational challenges and improving client satisfaction
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, cosmetics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in key account handling, client servicing, or project coordination
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage client expectations
  • Exposure to cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
