We're Hiring: 3PL Warehouse Manager.

Experience Required:
5+ years in 3PL / Logistics / Warehouse Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse operations including inbound, inventory, outbound, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Manage and monitor
    3PL partner performance
    , ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs (TAT, accuracy, cost per unit, OTIF).
  • Ensure
    inventory accuracy
    , cycle counts, stock audits, and timely reconciliations.
  • Supervise and guide a large team of supervisors, pickers, packers, loaders, and support staff.
  • Collaborate with clients, transport vendors, and cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
  • Implement
    lean warehousing practices
    and process improvements to optimize space, time, and costs.
  • Ensure
    statutory compliance (PF/ESIC, labor laws)
    and promote safety culture in the warehouse.
  • Prepare and share
    MIS reports
    on throughput, cost, and manpower utilization with management.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in 3PL, logistics, or e-commerce warehouse management.
  • Strong knowledge of
    WMS, TMS, and MS Excel.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage
    large manpower teams (200+ associates)
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, vendor management, and client handling skills.
  • Flexible to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments (seasonal peaks, BBD, festive operations).
