
Administrative Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior manager to join our team. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operational management and fostering strong industrial relationships.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and oversee administrative areas aligning them with organizational strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate with other functions to ensure seamless support services and resource management.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and processes to optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on the performance of administrative operations and identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative work environment. They will be responsible for:
- Building and nurturing relationships with industrial partners, stakeholders, and clients through strategic planning, negotiation, and collaboration.
- Ensuring the maintenance, safety, and functionality of our workspaces.
- Enhancing infrastructure to meet both organizational and stakeholder needs.
- Education: Any graduate degree with specialisation in Industrial relations will be preferred.
- Experience: Overall 15 years of work of relevant industry experience.
- Skill-sets requirements: Handson experience in Industrial relations. Experience of handling union matters will be an added advantage.
Candidates with manufacturing industry background shall be preferred. Candidates having good command over local language and local area will be preferred.
Required behavioral traits include a developmental and strategic mindset, quick application of knowledge and experience, innovation and change mindset, teamwork and leadership skills, excellent communication and networking skills.
