• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Motivate and develop staff to ensure smooth department operations.
• Ensure that team members receive adequate training on safety protocols.

• Coordinate operational activities with departmental teams to ensure efficient service delivery and resource utilization.
• Investigate incidents involving theft, damage, or employee injury and collaborate with external agencies as necessary.
