Perform administrative HR, time office tasks.

Responds to employees and manager enquiries ensuring that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Maintains employee attendance records in a HRIS so that information is accurate and secure.

Attend attendance related queries.

Timely submission of attendance inputs to payroll team.

Assist in compliance.

Ensure smooth functioning of Occupational Health Center.

Coordinate for insurance/medicalims.

Attend audits. address their queries.

Ensure smooth functioning of House keeping team.

Guest management.

Invoice verification and ensuring timely payments.

Assist in Canteen, Company hired busses.
