Job Title: Project Manager – Pharma ProjectLocation: KhopoliExperience: 7–8 yearsJob DescriptionWe are hiring a Project Manager for our client, who is setting up a new Greenfield Pharma/Healthcare facility in Khopoli. The role involves leading and coordinating with multiple stakeholders, monitoring project execution, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Turnkey Consultant teams, including Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP, Equipment Suppliers, and Green Building Consultants.Monitor and oversee the work of Civil, MEP, and HVAC contractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.Manage project planning and scheduling using MS Project , ensuring effective tracking of milestones and deliverables.Liaise with government authorities for statutory approvals and compliance, including Factory Inspector, MPCB, Labour Department, PMRDA, MSEB, and Electrical Inspector.Ensure adherence to cGMP, USFDA, clean room standards, CE mark, and CDSCO regulations throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct project review meetings, prepare progress reports, and update stakeholders on timelines, risks, and mitigation plans.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or related field.7–8 years of experience in project management for Greenfield Pharma/Healthcare facilities.Proficiency in MS Project software with prior hands-on experience.Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (cGMP, USFDA, CDSCO, CE mark, clean room standards).Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
