The Project Closeout Specialist plays a critical role in overseeing the closeout process across various project stages. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of project documentation and materials.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects from initiation to closure and be familiar with project management best practices.

The successful candidate will work closely with the project controls team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of project progress and communicating with stakeholders as needed.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the closeout process, ensuring compliance with established procedures and timelines;
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate with stakeholders as needed;
  • Collaborate with the project controls team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget;
  • Oversee the return of confirmed surplus materials through the RMA process, ensuring all items are appropriately recorded in the warehouse and accounting system;
  • Act as the sole approver for closeout processes in accounting systems and manage all tasks and data fields associated with turnover processes;

Qualifications/Experience:

  • At least 2 years of industry experience is required;
  • A good understanding of engineering concepts is required;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required;
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are required;
  • Relevant experience in wireless technology and telecommunications is required;
