Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented project coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles, preferably in software solution delivery. They will be experienced working with software development processes and Agile/Scrum delivery, as well as supporting customer implementation projects.

The key competencies for this role include being able to work well under pressure, shifting priorities as needed, multi-tasking, and paying close attention to detail. The ability to use Smartsheet is also desirable.

As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking activities, timelines, and coordination with the Technical Project Manager. You will set up and improve the Project Administration function, maintain and support project governance, tools, and documentation, and train teams in adopting project tools and practices.

Additionally, you will coordinate reporting, communication, and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders, track milestones, tasks, change requests, and implementation activities, and perform administrative tasks including procurement, resource coordination, budgets, and travel.
