Growth Functional Lead

About this Position

You will spearhead our efforts to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention across fintech products. As a key player, you will define and optimize growth funnels, identify new opportunities, and ensure alignment across departments for maximum business impact.

We are a leading platform with almost 4 million monthly active users and 15% of them daily active users; with an installed base of nearly 58 million+

This is the only app platform of its kind, offering free and unlimited access to bureau scores from CIBIL and Experian. It aims to provide customers with features throughout the credit cycle.

The platform offers customers ways to deeply understand their creditworthiness and now, an opportunity to monetize it by launching Personal Loans on the platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth Development:

Develop and implement holistic growth strategies for our portfolio covering various channels including mobile apps, websites and more:

  • Mobile app
  • Website

Responsibility for delivering consistent month-on-month Personal Loan Volumes.

  • Stakeholder Management:

Manage relationships with partners like Google and Meta to optimize campaigns, platform integrations, and new feature launches. Build strong connections with merchant partners for co-marketing and promotional activities.

  • Innovation & Experimentation:

Drive growth by designing experimentation frameworks, leveraging beta tools and partner-introduced features. Identify emerging opportunities and integrate them into our strategy.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with analytics, product, and finance teams to monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

  • Leadership & Mentorship:

Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture centered around continuous learning and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
  • A deep understanding of consumer behavior and interaction with digital platforms.
  • 6-8 years experience in growth marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and other growth tools.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Expertise in agile project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in devising and executing growth strategies that leverage platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of customer acquisition funnels, referral programs and add-on product marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Personal Loan monetization.
  • Familiarity with fintech products, regulatory environments and customer behavior.
  • Hands-on experience with growth-related tools and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of programming/scripting for data analysis (Python, R) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment.
