Telecom Order Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow developer, you will design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the OMT module.
  • Collaboration and Analysis: Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Catalog Items and Workflows: Develop ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications to meet telecom order management needs.
  • Module Configuration: Configure and customize Order Management modules to enable seamless handling of product orders, service requests, and provisioning workflows.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, OSS/BSS platforms, and legacy systems commonly used in telecom environments.
  • UAT and Defect Fixing: Support UAT, defect fixing, and performance tuning for order management processes.
  • Agile Delivery Practices: Follow Agile delivery practices and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and ITSM best practices.
Required Skills:
  • ServiceNow Development Experience: Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong Knowledge of ServiceNow OMT Module: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module.
  • Experience in ServiceNow CSM and/or ITSM: Experience in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or ITSM is an advantage.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and REST/SOAP Integrations: Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
  • Telecom Domain Knowledge: Telecom domain knowledge, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and Fulfillment.
  • Ability to Write Technical Documentation: Ability to write technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides.
  • Agile/DevOps Experience: Experience in working in Agile/DevOps environments.
