Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Establish implementation strategy and metrics-driven processes to ensure quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure.
  • Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure and manage infrastructure-related products and services.
  • Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct testing to detect faults.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3-8 years overall experience.
  • Must have experience in telecom engineering, including voice, data, and network design and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of IP telephony, SIP trunking, and other emerging technologies.
  • Certifications in telecom management or relevant technologies are advantageous.
