Job Title: Network Infrastructure Engineer

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in network engineering and transformation, with a strong understanding of Telecom networks. They will be responsible for designing, building, and testing network infrastructure, as well as providing customer circuit provisioning and assurance support.

In this role, the candidate will also be responsible for network data remediation, transformation, and migration activities, including ETL processes. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can take ownership of driving resolution and manage escalation as necessary. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and play a significant role in project success.

  • Required Skills:
  • 5-8 years' experience in network engineering/transformation experience in Telco
  • Network infrastructure link design, build & test
  • Customer circuit provisioning & assurance support – Root cause analysis and provide fix
  • Network data remediation, transformation & migration (ETL) activities
  • DWDM, OTN, and SDH knowledge
  • Knowledge of Network Inventory systems (including Ciena MCP and Infinera DNA)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to document standard operating procedures, diagrams, and training materials
