Job Description:

The role of a Telecom Assistant Manager involves overseeing the implementation and execution of strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior management, establishing metrics-driven processes for IT infrastructure quality, negotiating with vendors and contractors, developing disaster recovery plans, and engaging with clients to understand their business objectives.

  • Developing and executing strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Establishing implementation strategy and metrics-driven processes to ensure quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure.
  • Negotiating with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure and manage infrastructure-related products and services.
  • Developing disaster recovery plans and conducting testing to detect faults.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 10+ years' overall experience.
  • Good to have Contact Center domain experience.
  • Project/Implementation experience is a must.
  • Good experience in team management.
  • Certifications in contact center management or NICE CXone platforms are advantageous.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong operational experience, understanding of systems maintenance, licensing, configurations, and disaster recovery.
  • Compliance and security-related understanding with respect to voice devices and various platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects at a time.
  • Keeps documentation up to date for all telecommunications systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
