About the RoleWe are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representatives for OTA Operations to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing bookings, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth transaction processes through online travel agency platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Booking Management: Process and manage customer bookings for flights, hotels, and other travel services through OTA platforms. Ensure accuracy in booking details and confirmations.
- Customer Support: Address customer queries and issues regarding bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Provide timely and effective solutions.
- Payment Processing: Handle payment transactions and refunds, ensuring adherence to OTA policies and procedures.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer records and booking data accurately. Generate and review reports as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, experience working with online travel agency platforms, and a strong attention to detail. You should also be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
