At Straive, we're looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive revenue through targeted outreach campaigns and multi-channel approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We require the candidate to execute targeted outreach campaigns leveraging cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other social platforms to generate leads effectively.
  • The ideal candidate will drive email campaign execution with a data-driven approach, ensuring engagement and follow-ups on potential clients.
  • A significant portion of the day will be spent speaking with potential clients via phone, establishing strong initial connections.
  • The representative should identify sales opportunities through primary and secondary research, building and maintaining an up-to-date prospect database.
  • We need someone who can engage with key stakeholders and senior executives within target organizations to open new business conversations.
  • The successful candidate will understand customer pain points and business challenges, effectively positioning Straive's AI and analytics solutions as the right fit.
  • The SDR should schedule 1:1 meetings between prospects and the sales team.
  • Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities in HubSpot CRM and ensuring proper tracking of outreach efforts is crucial.
  • The representative must consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • We are seeking candidates with 3-4 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Cold Calling.
  • The ideal candidate has proven experience in email campaign execution and multi-channel outreach.
  • A strong ability to engage and start conversations with senior executives and decision-makers is necessary.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent business acumen – understanding client challenges and mapping solutions effectively.
  • A positive, go-getter attitude with a passion for learning and growth is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling emails are required.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM for tracking and managing leads is beneficial.
  • The candidate should be willing to work in the evening shift, specifically from 7 PM - 3 AM IST.
  • An MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred but not a constraint.
