We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us generate leads, build partnerships, and drive business growth. This role requires expertise in outbound prospecting, cold outreach, automation tools, CRM tracking, and affiliate partnerships. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify & research SaaS, Tech, AI, and Fintech startups using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay.
Scrape & build targeted lead lists of startup founders, CMOs, and product marketers.
Segment leads based on funding rounds, industry trends, and product needs.
Personalized Outreach & Engagement Execute cold email & LinkedIn campaigns using Instantly.ai, Lemlist, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Use ChatGPT & AI tools for personalized messaging to improve response rates.
Engage leads via Twitter, Slack communities, and founder networks.
Follow up persistently to book discovery calls & nurture prospects.
CRM & Lead Tracking System Set up and maintain a structured CRM or lead-tracking system using Google Sheets, Notion, or HubSpot.
Organize outreach data, track lead status, and ensure no follow-ups are missed.
Automate data flow between Apollo.io, LinkedIn, Instantly.ai, and CRM.
Regularly update and refine lead-scoring criteria to prioritize high-value prospects.
Setting Up Affiliate & Partnership Programs Identify agencies, web developers, and consultants who can refer clients.
Set up and manage affiliate partnerships , offering commissions for referrals.
List ScaleKraft in SaaS directories, startup communities, and marketplaces for inbound leads.
Build relationships with VCs, accelerators, and startup incubators for referral opportunities.
Directory Listings & Growth Hacks List ScaleKraft in top SaaS, startup, and agency directories for organic lead generation.
Post & engage in Reddit, Indie Hackers, and Slack groups to find leads.
Find low-cost sponsorships & collaborations in niche SaaS newsletters.
Monitor Product Hunt launches & reach out to new SaaS founders.
Campaign Tracking & Optimization Analyze cold outreach performance, email open rates, and LinkedIn engagement.
Optimize targeting, messaging, and automation flows to increase conversions.
Keep CRM & lead tracking up to date (Google Sheets, HubSpot, or Apollo.io).
Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills) 1-3 years experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or outbound prospecting.
Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Instantly.ai, and Lemlist.
Experience in setting up and managing a CRM or structured lead-tracking system.
Strong understanding of Affiliate & Partnership Marketing in B2B SaaS.
Experience listing businesses on directories & marketplaces for inbound leads.
Excellent written & verbal communication for personalized outreach.
Ability to identify, engage, and book meetings with decision-makers.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, hybrid work environment.
