Piramal Enterprises is seeking a Business Development Representative to join its team.

Job Overview

The incumbent would be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory. The key deliverables of this role include increasing sales with retailers and wholesalers by effectively handling distributors and building opportunities to achieve daily target objectives.

Key Stakeholders

The Business Development Representative will work closely with various stakeholders, including internal teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Sales Development, as well as external partners like Retailers, Wholesalers, Distributors, and Key Accounts customers.

Reporting Structure

This role directly reports to the Area Business Manager.

Experience and Skills

To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in the OTC/FMCG industry, with hands-on experience in handling distributors and subordinates. Additionally, they should possess effective persuasive skills, basic numerical understanding, good communication skills, team development and engagement abilities, planning and execution expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and technology adoption and embedment skills.
