Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to drive employee lifecycle management across our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire employee journey, from onboarding to separation, ensuring seamless and consistent experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing high-impact HR interventions in performance, rewards, learning, and talent management. They will also resolve complex employee relations issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated people solutions, and foster a culture of exceptional employee engagement.

  • Accountable for the entire Employee Life Cycle
  • Sense and respond to the pulse of the organization
  • Gold Standard People Process Execution (HR process interventions)
  • Handle employee grievances and ensure adherence to disciplinary protocols
  • Resolve Employee Relations/Industrial Relations issues
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with COEs to deliver best-in-class people solutions
