  • Tool Development: Design and build innovative tools, frameworks, and dashboards to streamline software development lifecycle (SDLC) efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for technical improvement, ensuring seamless integration and alignment.
  • Culture of Excellence: Champion continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices, automate build, test, and deployment pipelines, and promote modern development practices like test-driven development (TDD), pair programming, and code reviews.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead initiatives to enhance engineering onboarding, knowledge sharing, and documentation standards, analyzing engineering metrics to provide actionable insights and drive improvements.
  • Technical Liaison: Serve as a liaison between engineering, DevOps, QA, and product management to align on technical excellence goals, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Assessment and Audits: Conduct regular assessments and audits of engineering practices, tools, and technologies to ensure they meet industry standards and support business objectives.

Preferred candidates possess relevant experience in B.E Mechanical or related fields, with a strong background in operational excellence, process excellence, and hands-on experience with biopharma equipment.
