Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our sales growth strategy initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement key business initiatives, optimize sales performance, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design, implement, and measure sales strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners to support business growth.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Prepare various presentations for senior leadership related to sales growth and revenue.
- Plan and implement end-to-end business/sales events.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields, with special focus on use and implementation of analytical skills.
- 2+ years of experience in business planning, strategic projects, or other related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM's, and other sales automation tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
