The Sales Manager will be responsible for directly managing 5+ Manager-level & 50+ Associates-level Pre-Sales executives. Key responsibilities include leading the team to achieve a given sales-qualified leads target, continuously monitoring and training the team to improve performance and qualification rate, counseling learning prospects, and providing career advice.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and team members. The self-motivated and results-oriented individual must be driven by achieving and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability is key to handle escalations and improve customer experience.

The Senior Manager will lead from the front, fostering a collaborative team culture and encouraging innovation. This includes mentoring team members, addressing performance gaps, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.
