Finance and Admin Manager

About the Role

This is a high-profile position within our organization, responsible for overseeing finance and administration operations. The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, strong command over accounting principles, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, cash flow reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth.
  • Handling vendor payments, invoicing, TDS, GST filings, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
  • Benchmarking and optimizing financial performance through data-driven insights.
  • Supporting internal audits and collaborating with external consultants as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Expertise in creating business reports, dashboards, and financial data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, and BI tools.
