Job Position – Financial Services Professional

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Professional to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.
  • Provide inputs on a wide range of financial products including accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NRI clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.
  2. Financial Product Knowledge: Provide inputs on a wide range of financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options.
  3. Communication Skills: Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.
  • Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
