About Senior Corporate Event Management

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

  • Securing business deals with corporates and brands.
  • Managing and growing key client accounts while ensuring profitability.
  • Taking ownership of account financials, driving revenue growth and cost efficiency.
  • Building long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Leading teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects across multiple event formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Achieving monthly & annual sales targets through corporate/brand event deals.
  • Client Acquisition: Targeting decision-makers in various sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Building long-term partnerships ensuring repeat business.
  • Proposal & Pitch Leadership: Creating winning presentations, proposals & budgets.
  • Market Intelligence: Staying ahead with insights on industry trends & competitors.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with creative, production, and operations teams.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Overseeing end-to-end delivery — logistics, vendors, and post-event reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–7 years in business development or client servicing (events, advertising, or brand activations).
  • Network: Strong corporate connects with marketing & procurement heads.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Event production, costing & budgeting know-how.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with event planning tools/software.
