US HR Specialist

A dynamic HR professional is required to drive end-to-end HR operations for our US-based employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, managing all documents and benefits through the HR portal. Handle employee exits with professionalism, including resignation processing, exit interviews, and final settlements.
  • HR Support & Operations: Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Serve as the first point of contact for US employee HR queries. Track leave, PTOs, and time-off requests. Foster employee communication initiatives.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist in benefits enrollment (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)). Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws. Safeguard sensitive HR data with confidentiality and care.
  • Payroll Coordination: Collaborate closely with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Monitor reimbursements and benefit deductions. Reflect employee changes promptly in payroll systems.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare HR letters and related documents. Generate regular reports on headcount, attrition, and other HR metrics as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations with exposure to US HR practices.
  • Prior experience working with remote or hybrid US teams.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems. Strong understanding of US employment laws and HR compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
