Job Title: Global HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HR Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees and managers across all regions.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, addressing a wide range of HR-related queries with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
  3. Utilize case management tools to provide research and problem resolution to queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  4. Work on problems of moderate scope, analyzing situations or data to determine appropriate actions.
  5. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
  6. Provide 1-click reporting support to stakeholders.
  7. Deliver operational support for region-specific HR activities, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of global and regional HR compliance requirements.
  8. Collaborate with regional HR partners to evaluate and implement effective solutions to people-related issues.
  9. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and adherence to organizational standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related Global HR Operations experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
