
HR Operations Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 15 Years in Core HR Operations
Work Mode: Onsite
Work Schedule: 5.5 days working (1st & 3rd Saturdays working, 2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
Compensation: Up to ₹20 LPA (Fixed)
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Manager – HR Operations with strong expertise in team handling and leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of progressive HR experience, with proven success in managing HR teams, driving operations, and creating a positive organisational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the HR operations team, ensuring smooth execution of all processes.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Drive MIS reporting, HR automation, and digitization initiatives.
- Lead performance management processes and support business leaders with appraisal systems, KPIs, and feedback mechanisms.
- Design and implement L&D programs to upskill employees and support growth.
- Develop HR policies aligned with business objectives and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Build employee engagement strategies, wellness initiatives, and a positive workplace culture.
Key Skills Required
- Proven team handling and leadership experience in HR operations.
- Strong expertise in Payroll & Compliance, MIS, Policy Development, L&D, and Employee Engagement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (mandatory).
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including team management in mid-to-large organizations.
- Strong track record of leading HR functions across multiple business units.
