Join our team at Noblesoft Technologies and take charge of building and scaling our internal talent operations

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR initiatives for the US Staffing division, focusing on internal hiring of Recruiters, Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and Business Development professionals.

This role requires a seasoned HR professional who can manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement for our Noida office.

Role: HR Manager – US Staffing

Location: Sector-63, Noida (Work from Office only)

Experience: 7–10 years (preferably in the US Staffing industry)

Shift: Night Shift IST (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST)

Cab Facility: Not available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end internal recruitment for US Staffing roles (Recruiters, BDMs, Account/Delivery Managers, etc.)
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and background verification for new hires
  • Build and implement HR policies and processes aligned with business needs
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Drive employee engagement, performance reviews, and retention initiatives
  • Serve as the go-to HR point for Noida office operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments
  • Track key HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR management within the US Staffing industry
  • Hands-on expertise in internal hiring, especially mid to senior roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, compliance, and engagement
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in US time zone (Night shift IST)
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
