Business Development Lead Position

As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to drive business growth and expansion in various sectors. This role will focus on identifying new opportunities for revenue generation and developing strategies to execute these plans effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities in schools, corporates, and institutions.

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth.

- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and partners to promote our offerings.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales data, enhance forecasting, and refine pricing models.

- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging opportunities.

- Stay up-to-date on competitor activities and adjust our strategies accordingly.

- Reporting & Performance Tracking:

- Monitor revenue targets and performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.

- Analyze sales data to refine our business development approach and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.

- Experience: 8-10 years in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in the education, experience-based retail, or hospitality sectors.

- Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a small, high-impact team.
