Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering roles. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates to ensure the best fit for our organization.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of our business.

  • Post job openings on relevant job boards, social media and other platforms to attract suitable candidates and promote our company's brand.

  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.

  • Ensure the hiring process is efficient and timely while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Onboarding Activities:

  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization and provide a supportive environment for growth and development.

  • Prepare and review onboarding materials, including welcome kits, orientation schedules and company policies to ensure a seamless integration into our work culture.

  • Facilitate orientation sessions and ensure all compliance documentation is completed in a timely manner to minimize delays and disruptions.

  • Assist new hires in setting up their workstations, systems and access to required tools to enable them to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.

  • Act as a point of contact for new employees during the onboarding phase to answer any questions or concerns they may have and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment is required, with a proven track record of success in attracting and retaining top talent.

  • Proficiency in English language (spoken and written) is essential, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates and other stakeholders.

  • The ability to maintain confidentiality is paramount, particularly when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

  • Experience in handling multiple tasks simultaneously is essential, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands and deadlines.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and technology tools is an advantage, with the ability to adapt quickly to new software and systems.
