Job Summary

We seek a visionary leader to drive our talent acquisition strategy as Head of Talent Acquisition.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in recruitment, employer branding, and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will lead our end-to-end talent acquisition process, develop and execute a comprehensive strategy, and build strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.

Main Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and implement a robust talent acquisition strategy aligned with our fast-paced fintech organization's goals.
  • Bolster our employer brand through digital marketing campaigns, job fairs, and social media initiatives to attract top fintech and tech talent.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and professional networks to source top talent.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure exceptional candidate experiences across all hiring stages, improving time-to-hire and quality of hire metrics.
  • Plan and implement workforce requirements to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance and expertise to ensure high performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights on talent trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Talent Intelligence and Industry Knowledge

  • Stay abreast of industry developments, talent intelligence, and hiring challenges within fintech and adjacent sectors.
  • Design strategies to attract specialized talent in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital banking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • A proven track record of scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations within fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
