The Role of a Talent Acquisition Manager is multifaceted and challenging, requiring a unique blend of strategic planning, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
As a key member of the organization, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving talent acquisition initiatives that align with business objectives. This involves developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing vendor relationships to secure the best candidates, and overseeing the final stages of the hiring process, including offer negotiation and extension.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business needs, focusing on quality hires within agreed service-level agreements.
- Mentor and coach the recruitment team to optimize hiring processes, improve candidate experience, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Design and manage effective hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection, to deliver high-quality hires within budget constraints.
- Publish regular reports to stakeholders, providing accurate updates on hiring progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Lead client-facing communications, ensuring proactive issue resolution, timely updates, and exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to secure top talent, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Proven experience as an HR Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager or similar role, demonstrating expertise in talent management, recruitment strategy, and people development.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, team management, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- International recruitment experience a plus, with a deep understanding of diverse cultural contexts and market trends.
- Outstanding negotiating, conflict-resolution, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to drive projects forward and achieve desired outcomes.
- A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources Management, with a focus on talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Knowledge of various HRMS tools, including applicant tracking systems, performance management software, and data analytics platforms.
- An MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Development/Human Resource Management from a reputable university, demonstrating advanced knowledge of organizational behavior, talent management, and strategic leadership.
